Here is yet even more fanart involving a character from One Piece fighting off against the army of the Dreadlock Fleet. This time, here is one of the biggest scumbags in the show, the mad scientist Caesar Clown. Here he is removing the oxygen around the Dreadlock Troops making them unable to breathe and die from lack of oxygen.(I think I did fine with Caesarβs face, but his outfit was pretty tricky since itβs made out of gas, but hopefully you like it)
