Oddly enough, this picture began when I was squashed in the back of the car coming home for the Summer. What started off as some random lines, a simple practice really, became a real image, and consequently one of the best things I've ever done.

I love Beauty and the Beast, it's a wonderful story and my favourite fairy tale of all time, and the above dialogue was from a story I did ages ago from the Beast's perspective. Obviously I'm nowhere near as good as the artists on here, but I've tried my best and I'm really proud of it. It was originally going to be black and white, but it needed a little something, so I did some quite faint colouring to give it some lift. Note how Beauty's eyes and dress match the rose. I thought that'd be quite fitting really : )
