The narrator of the series would be the Tempus Simia from "A Stitch in Time". It not only has the power to travel through time, but it's sentient and can see many possible alternate timelines branched from certain events past or present.

Possible episode ideas:
Kim remained dating Josh, and Ron actually noticed Tara liked him. Both pairings become an official couple.
Kim was born a boy.
Kim and Ron were both the opposite genders.
The Lorwardians take Kim to their homeworld and mount her on their wall. Though this one would be too dark.
Drakken won during So the Drama.
Shego remained a member of Team Go.
Jonathan Stoppable was able to clear Mim Possible's name. Assuming her still being a fugitive was actually canon and not a dream, that episode originally intended to end with Team Possible clearing her name posthumously.
