A main character for another animated series.

Samantha "Sammy" Secrest is an ordinary teenage girl who has developed magic powers. She has blonde hair and blue eyes.

Her pet black cat can talk and tells her she's a witch, and someday she'll become the greatest witch in her time.

She's sort of a counterpart to my other character, Victor DeSantos. I thought of this character a while after my first cartoon idea.
