Instead of Caesar being the son of time-traveling Cornelius and Zira, what if Cornelius is the descendant of Caesar instead?Since Caesar's surviving son is named Cornelius, the next film will probably be about him, also played by Andy Serkis. It might involve him and his wife Zira meeting the lost astronauts mentioned in Rise of the Planet of the Apes.
Still, I would like to see a new series which combines the original novel, the original movies and the reboot series, and have Cornelius be the far-distant descendant of Caesar, founder of Ape society.
