I like the dark brown haired woman's face and there is also something really nice about the red haired woman's eyes too. The best hair is definately the red hair. I like how you have used some broken and not so bright colors on the back parts of her hair. I usually don't know how to use those kind of tones without making the hair look gray or dirty but you have managed pretty well.
