I too have seen this wallpaper a few times. I love how simple it is and how bright the colors are.
One thing I'm quite fond of in a way is how instead of going in rainbow it's colors are random in a sense; but still look perfect together. Great job

I think it gives a great effect when you are viewing it in a browser of 1/3 the height of the picture and scroll up and down
