Ahhhhh Finally! I'll give some information of this AU.

Monsters and humans fight together in a war against the Reapers, there's a machine that can destroy them, but it needs 7 pure souls.
Toriel in a visit to Earth finds Frisk near to their parents corpses, after take them to "Home" she decides to adopt them, Frisk went with Toriel at Normandy in her missions to stay close to them, but then Frisk starts to ask to go to missions too. Frisk is from the Adept Class.

In this Au you play as Toriel and Frisk.
When u plays as Toriel, Frisk would heal the squad and find ammo and weapons to her (like Elizabeth from Bioshock Infinite)

Toriel = Shepard
Frisk: Lost Child
Asgore = David Anderson
Papyrus = Joker
Sans: Garrus/James Vega
Mettaton = EDI
Alphys = Dr. Karin Chakwas/Mordin Solus
Undyne = Jack
Asriel = Toriel's son > The Illusive Man
Muffet = Aria T'Loak
Chara = Lost Child > Catalyst
