Edit: Scanned the whole image! You can't see the neons but there is a lot of pink and neon yellow o:Painting!!!
diluted acrylic paint for the BG on thin (newspaper like) paper (12"x18")
and acrylic paint for mushrooms, speckles and grass.
*Paint is UV reactive and also glows in the dark around mushrooms!!*
