I've never been sure, was the "Make me ----" motif used in the anime, or did they just use it for the game?

The idea was that the character can be sort of cold and "out of it" if you get what i mean but if it doesnt work ill edit it sometime later today.

Great! I'm a lain fan ^^ Nice design here, but I have some small critiques (As always)
Even though the image is really well bended into the background it still seems like something apart. I'd advice you to play a little with the color balance of the background till you get similar tones to the ones in the pic to make it look well blended.
I also love the text...but...I dunno, the blue text seems odd to me 'cause the main image is warm and this text is cold...Maybe it'd look better if it's color was warmer. It looks good the way it is, it's just a little observation.
