So yeah, I experimented with cell shading, and tried to make everything blend in nicely, and also somehow managed a blue-orange contrast between grim, the giant squid and the sea, as if he was foreign to the sea, but makes perfect sense since an ahuizotl is a freshwater creature, which would really struggle breathing under saltwater. Also I managed to achieve a very interesting effect with the waves.
