Not really much to say about this. I've been wanting to draw Luffy for awhile, and I've also needed some tablet practice. I'm not really happy with my tablet skills, especially where lineart is involved. So instead of caring too much about what I was doing, I just threw this together real quick in Photoshop. Probably about half an hour of work, so I'm not really thinking it's anything amazing. Just thought I'd share, since I haven't been able to finish a piece in forever.

He looks kinda drunk, but oh well.

Leave crits if you want, but I wasn't really serious at all, just had some fun.
