Description
Naanda was insecure that she was "passed her prime" per say. Although not an elderly lioness by any means she felt as if everyone around her had already gained a mate and cubs. Even Sarabi had just given birth to her first son after months and months of trying, yet Naanda was still alone. When she met this scruffy young rouge with a pathetic undergrown mane she was uninterested. Or at least she forced herself to believe that. Naanda thought this rouge Ni would quickly find someone younger and more attractive then move on. But he never did, his interests always remained on her no matter how much she pushed him away. Even more astoundingly to Naanda, he admired the traits about herself that others always hated. She was snide and quick tempered and yet Ni admired her strength and was absolutely in love. With the help of her sisters Naanda eventually admitted her love to Ni and together they hat Mtoto, a small sickly cub that Naanda loved more than life itself. Even her sister Diku traveled to the pridelands to meet this young one. In one very rare occasion, Naanda actually smiled.
