Here's my contest entry for the "Jane in Peril" contest arranged by *shadowyzman [link]This pic features a female assassin named Jane, an OC created by *shadowyzman.
The idea was to put Jane in a perilous situation.
There are so many awesome entry's in this sontest, It was very hard to come up with somthing original, so this was one of the best things I could thind of.
Yeah I know, tied up and hanging from a crane hook look's pretty crazy, I thought so too!

This is too awesome for words...oh wait. Oh well, its friggin awesome. The perspective is terrific, really brings home the fact that she's dnagling from high. The shading is perfect for your inking, which is very sexy. Love love love this image.

I still feel that I have a lot to learn as far as the coloring goes, but I'm working on it.

Well those are some mighty kind words. And as far as progress...everyone always knows they can learn more. Thats the fun of it. If you started out legendary, the journey would be short and lame, if not non-existent. I wish I had half of the inking skills as you, and your coloring is really fantastic, even if you do feel you've got room to grow.

Well, if you feel that way, stay hard at it man!
For me it was all about practice, the more you do the better you'll get. Don't beat your self up over it, just stick with it, I gurantee your skillz will improve! Most important, it's all about having fun and having the love for what you do, and that's being creative, and expressing yourself through your art.
