Warning! Spoiler ahead! You have been warned, proceed at your own peril.Knuckles in his awesome hat, which is cannon on both sides of the Pacific I might add, and his daughter Lara-Su aka Jeni-Ka (who is cannon only in the Archie comics) by his now girlfriend-future wife Juli-Su.
I just love these characters, I've always found Knuckles easily the most fascinating character in the Sonic comics with a vivid back story and genuine emotions. Lara is a great blend of her parents best traits, just like Spider-girl, she had the potential to completely bomb with fans but she succeeded in doing her father's followers proud.
I highly recommend the Sonic Universe side series, especially the arks with Lara in them, so far there are two.
