A lot of dark hues make it a little difficult to figure out what Royce is doing. Otherwise Ame needs a DBZ training montage. This isn't my final form!

Yeah no kidding he wasn't THIS strong before; though Ame's other powers (spoilers spoilers) make more sense now.
I got to say, you showed something here I was explaining to my friend the other day; on Madeline page 71. He said, how come Barri goes into a "girly" pose when using Heartbreaker. I told him, it's not at all "girly" but it is more apt that a woman would do it, for men their center of strength is their torso but women tend to lean into hits with a lower center being their waist and then pushing up for a hit or a brace, as Ame does here, because if she was going to counter if Royce hand't moved in, she would have stepped forward with her left leg and then use magic from her right hand, which is what she does but we can't see the leg the next shot, but we can see Royce stopping the magic in her right hand.
When Random countered Madeline from a similar move from Madeline on page 17 he just put his arms straight up, that was the brace.
I give it to your skill and know how for showing the contrast, the way Royce moved in on Ame, she really is in a vulnerable position (Thought if Ame spun around and round house kicked him, she would dodge and counter in this pose) But saying this, Ame is not a martial artist but a magician so I am pretty sure she won't.

HINDEED. I think it's largely more me being able to write with a little more nuance though, so him not just bashing her in ASAP makes at least some plausible sense cause he's a DICK and I've shown "hey look at him doing shit things".
Aye, and sadly Ame really has absolutely nothing on Royce, as a demon's power naturally grows over time and eating of heartcores ;; She could outsmart him but...
yeah, she's average intellect at best. Royce is definitely going to overpower her in most if not all situations! ;;

lol Well yeah that he is. I can't believe her mom was married to such an awful guy XD ANd SUKO came from HIM?! XD She's so sweet, but I mean, before I say too much these things happen in real life.
Ohhhh. Geez...... so I guess you'll show why later all the demons aren't just chowing down on as many humans as possible XD Tho... I noticed the other demons do tend to be a lot more level headed and rational and Royce is an exception not the rule.

I think in the panel (3?) that Ame is flying up in, I feel it'd be a wee bit more effective if her legs were sticking out, rather than being bent behind her. If that makes sense?? It's also really really dark in some areas that it's hard to make out poses/effects. Those are my only gripes. Sorry if I'm being TOO critical. ;; Other than that, the page is great, we can tell you put a lot of work into them.

PFPFPF no, you're perfectly fine! I definitely agree about the dark bits, it can be hard to tell monitor to monitor, and it's a really, really easy fix a lot of the time with some outer glow!
I also agree at least one leg not bent back would be better body language! I will learn from this~ Thank you for the feedback <333
edit: Also thinking on it, maybe lightening Royce in general up at points! I did make extra layers so his hands could be seen through spell effects and I could easily expand on this!
