Going off of the comments I'm seeing a very familiar very familiar plot trail between this and the manga Rosario+Vampire Season 2. (Do not confused this statement with the anime, the anime is mainly fanservice that loses all sense of connection from the manga.)

if SonicGal390 close, then I had a thought after reading, could Ame before she was reborn as she is now, was she maybe with child, and that child soul was inside her, and what SonicGal390 say, is how it happen but with the pure power of who Ame is sleeping inside her, so really Ame is herself and her sister to and their mother sleep in Ame body and even thought Ame body is a reborn of their mother Ame is Ame, and only connected to their mother by the body and power and not the soul?
so  Ame is a soul that was gonna be born and her sis is even her soul or Ame was gonna be born as twins or something around that?

errr simple put
Lilium was with child before she died, or twins
when Lilium reborn, her baby soul was the soul to take control of the body.
and when Ame was hurt by that guy her good part " as SonicGal390 say"

or if it was twins, the sleeping sister soul wake up in that rage to calm her down?

so Lilium, Ame Suko are even 2 souls or 3 souls, and Lilium love them as family but as Ame is using her body she has fun with her, cause Ame is also like a sister and daughter at once?
