Errrrk, Carval's down for the count!Heartcore is taking a break next week! Recovering from a minor surgery/I won't have access to a scanner anyway ;; I'm considering it my annual vacation and will come back with a bang!

I'm guessing Emerald knows she has to break off this fight or else all the humans could end up dying, leaving the demons without their prime food source. If Emerald is doing this out of that knowledge, then the reason for knocking out Volaster/Carval should be obvious given how out of control he was getting.
