Sorry it took so long to get back to you. I got sick and am still getting over it.
What kind of problem are you having? Is the install button not working or not showing up? Being a Premium Member you should be able to install it.

Only premium members can use journal skins, but sometimes they have a free premium membership day where everyone becomes a premium member for 24 hours. The install button is underneath the favorite button.
