Bio:
Wanting to make a difference in the world, Tony dons the cape of Shine Boy. He is one of the only heroes to choose this life not by tragety but by his own free will. Judo hired Tony to test new weapons for him. Shine Boy is the second hero to join the United Nations, making him 2nd in command. Shine Boy is not afraid to take a blow for his team or friends even the life threating blows. This has people admiring him, even some of the villains respect Shine Boy for this. Shine Boy is a catholic granting him Shine power, a force granted only to those whose faith in God is strong.
