Gee, all this Ben 10 fan-art all of a sudden. I think I might have a problem. Ah, well.Just a little exercise I engaged in. Drawing the three versions of Ben and Gwen together, but switched around.
They are as follows (for those who can't tell the difference)
Original Ben - Reboot Gwen
Omniverse Ben - Original Gwen
Reboot Ben - Omnverse Gwen.

Reboot Gwen: Why thank you! You're even nicer than I thought!
Original Gwen: Why do you look like you don't even care? Just try and do what Grandpa says, or else I'll truly call you a Doofus for life!
Omniverse Ben: Hmph! Do you think I care about what you say? You and Grandpa can be annoying sometimes, but I do try. >.<
Omniverse Gwen: You may not be a Doofus after all! >:3 you're even fun to mess around with than I thought.
Reboot: Why thank you. You maybe still a dweeb, but you're quite fun too.

So what I've learned is that:
Reboot Gwen gets along with Reboot Ben and OG Ben
Reboot Ben gets along with Reboot Gwen and OV Gwen
OG Gwen doesn't get along with any Ben
OV Ben doesn't get along with any Gwen
Original Gwen and Omniverse Ben have a problem.

OV Ben: You Think I don't care? You think I'd just rather sit by watching, playing sumo slammers, while the world is disintegrating? No. Being a hero is much more stressful than in tv. I only act like I don't care so the job can be more easier and less painful.

I really like the one on the left, It looks like Gwen is Ben's little sister

While at times it feels like the reboot just likes to mess with the continuity(they brought in alternate time lines so why not roll with that) I still like how they made ben and Gwen on friendlier terms besides making them act like them hanging out was an inconvenience for both of them.

The reboot Ben and Gwen are much nicer to each other, a big contrast with the original where they would often be in each other's throats. I didn't find their bickering fun. It only works if it's in small doses and it isn't mean-spirited.
