EDIT 08-11-22: New Version is Here> www.deviantart.com/tmntsam/art… .No, I haven't played the game, neither do I intend to. I just read on it and enjoy the fruit of its fanbase, kind of like Kyle (except more dignified).
One day, I was thinking about how Frisk would look like growing up. And then I decided, "Why not try and draw it?". So, I did!
When doing it, I considered the fact that the Child is supposed to have a vague gender. So, I decided to use this as an experiment to see how one would look like growing up and still maintaining that "genderless" look. At first, he/she looked more feminine, so I did a few adjustments (i.e making Adult Frisk's legs broader at the bottom, shortening his/her hair, etc).
I also had some fun colouring the clothes of the three Frisks, especially Adult Frisk.

I like this idea of Frisk keeping a neutral look and i think they even look like they are changing gender depending on age which sounds cool!

It's easy to show Frisk as androgynous in the game because of the low-resolution pixel art, but as I'm sure you figured out, it's not so easy to transfer that to a fully-detailed illustration.
Since the youngest Frisk is essentially canon, the oldest Frisk, in my opinion, is the best attempt at getting the androgynous look.

Usually when I see adult Frisk fanart she is clearly a girl who just dresses more androgynously
