After a long hiatus, I bring more Garfield for you to enjoy!

Pardon the file size. Darn gradients...

#1- A six panel strip in which Garfield interacts with a Girl Scout. Hmm...
Where to start with this one? At this point, I was getting better at drawing Garfield, but I still had problems with consistency. Take the first two panels, for example. Also, I like that expression the girl wore on the fourth panel. I'd call it the "Sleep-mode" face.

#2- Ah... what a controversial one. This is actually the beginning of a story arc I want to start in the series. I have like, three ways it could end (maybe with some variations of each), depending on what suits me more, or how fans react.
Also, sorry for that nightmarish last panel. At the time, I got a bit obsessed with the "WTF Kitty" (you know, the white cat that looked like Betty Boop got hit in the she-knackers?) and I really wanted an excuse to use it. Also, I was experimenting with colouring... so, yeah. Bloodshot Garfield.

#3- A bit of Mood Whiplash, compared to the last strip. But then, when you put it in context, Garfield is actually really broody and is just trying to cheer himself up.

And that's it for now. I have another I scanned, but I haven't coloured it yet. Also, I'm drawing blank on new ideas, so I may be taking another long break.
