Here is the second part of the custom PPG Character designs of the open quote "dream series" courtesy of me, !
BUNNY and BUNNY 2.0
Bunny the Fourth Powerpuff Girl. Ah, yes. Even though she was as ugly as heck in the real show, she got herself quite the fanbase to go with and many people began reimagining her as a regular Powerpuff. So, I decided to do both, with a storyline behind them.
2 years after Bunny dematerialised, the girls have somehow been able to move on from that... well, not really. Blossom, being the brainy one as well as the jr. resident mad scientist of sorts (making her seem more like her creator), felt like giving the fourth sister thing another go. Bubbles coincidentally had kept a piece of Bunny's old clothes which happened to have some old dna samples, giving Blossom the thing she needed to remake Bunny. Thus, after flipping through Professor's old files (and getting all the right ingridients this time plus a touch of lavender) Blossom recreated her long lost sister. As for Buttercup. Well, you know how she gets.
Bunny 2.0's personality is sort of like 1.0's personality, not fully sure of what is good and what is evil. And to make things more interesting, the lavender added seems to have given her somewhat evil tendencies, thus she tends to veer from one side to the other. Also, it is hinted that she may be as powerful as her other sisters combined, making her very dangerous.
Design wise, I decided to give 1.0 a dumb, comedic and hulkish appearance and 2.0 is given a design similar to the other girls, albeit her skin colour is a different shade from her sisters' and she is also shorter and chubbier than her big sisters.
FUZZY LUMPKINS
This giant hermit-like creature who lives in the woods is more or less (not counting the drastic character design change) the same old Fuzzy Lumpkins we know and love, but with creepier tendencies towards everyone he meets, including the girls.
You know what? Now that I look at him, I do not like how he came out and I intend to fix him in later works. He needs a little more jaw and his dolan face needs to go. Otherwise, he is good to go.
MAYOR
Ah, good old mayor. The short bugger who never thinks twice about calling up the girls when things go down the plughole. Here, nothing much is expected to change about him. All I did was make his design seem more mature. But don't worry everyone. He's still an idiot. It just doesn't show as much.
SARA BELLUM
I wonder how many other smart characters have that name? Maybe like... one? Anyway, here is Miss Bellum dressed and ready for work. Yeah, the chin showing was a bit of a mistake and I am sorry for that. I drew her too low and I had to cover up for it. Other than that she looks pretty good. Personality wise, she is still Miss Bellum.
AMOEBA BOYS
These idiots. These morons. These redundant and pathetic excuse for criminal lowlives. These brainless buffoons. These, well... to cut a long story short, if someone calls you an amoeba boy, do yourself and your entire family line a HUGE favor... and shoot him.
Yeah, the Boss and the tall one are still the same... except the Boss might sound a little different, like Tony Montana meets Lobster Mobster. Also, I think they should swap hats. As for Tiny, well... his face says it all....
But they're still idiots. They couldn't steal a grain of sand off a beach if they had a bucket to put it in.
CRAZY FROG... wut?

I have some explaining to do, don't I?
Crazy Frog aka The Annoying Thing is a web phenomenon that swept the web many years ago. I won't go into details, so if you don't know who he is, look him up. NOW. Or I'll send the Disaster Girl after you.
As for what the heck he's doing here, when I was around six or seven, I saw him as a hero of sorts and imagined crossovers with him and the Powerpuffs, with the PPG drawing style and everything. SO, here, he is crazy frog only by name. He is a cool slippery dude who is kinda scary, but really nice once you get to know him. And thanks to having an accident in the Proffesor's lab, he can fly. WAT!?
Other than that, we can all agree that he's just here for the Lulz.
MITCHEL MITCH MITCHELSON
Popeye voice himself in my own style. There was once a time that he was my favourite character (who wouldn't love a good villain?) and now, I wanted to pay him my respects... by drawing him in my style. He's still a bully and he still sounds like Popeye or at least one of his nephews. So, he is basically the same kid.
MAX THE LONER
Poor poor Max. The odd one out and the relatively new kid in class. I decided to up his creepy factor a bit. Since he has no imaginary friends to cause mischief which will be inevitably blamed on him, he has a sort of haunting presence that is a bit of a turn on for Buttercup (EUGH! SHIP FAIL! SHIP FAIL! ICE BERGS EVERYWHERE!! AAAGH!!!) often popping up when you least expect him and talking in a low and slow monotone. And for some extra levels of creepy, I gave him larger eyes with prominent neon green ires... that actually absorb light and glow in the dark. *Shudders*
MANDY FILLER
A sort of filler character. Think of her as The Snail's illegitimate daughter... or his ancestor? It depends. And also, she greets everyone with a wave and a smile... and hardly talks. Just like the snail.
