Description
A slight retake on Hamato Yoshi's design from Rise of the TMNT.This is probably the shortest Splinter we've ever had. Also, the roundest.
So I kept to that while also giving him a more dignified air.
Didn't have many refs to go off of in his case, so I had more room to explore and experiment.
