species: 'human' rat hybrid

abilities: master of ninjutsu, weapon skill and tactician , full knowledge of Yokai magic

allies: his pupil/sons the turtles. the O'Neil

an Orphan who was trained by the ancient one to be Foot downfall but betray his sensei by partake in the battle nexus! now as a Ronin (a ninja without a master), he on the quest of redemption by stop the Foot earth operations including the thieving ring and other crimes.

on one mission, The ninja overheard about the Foot experimenting with a mysterious goo and using one of lab that owned by Eric Sachs (famous mogul and scientist). plan was flawless until a mishaps lead both Ninja and Eric mutated by the Oozes. broken down and alone the ultimate Ninja now named Splinter (name after the lab rat that scratch his face) hide in the sewer of New York with a group of baby turtle that Sach (now called dr.Oozes) inject with the experimental mutagen.

as the Years passed, Splinter have build a home for him and his student/sons and named after Artists from a high school art books that found in the filth. he's spend the years training them in art of Ninjutsu and hide from general public. Splinter may live with ton of regrets but one that he's thankful is the turtles
