Decided to give Oliver some friends, all of which follow the theme of being afflicted with a perpetually flowing facial orifice.

So there's Bessie, the kid with the perpetually runny nose. While friendly, she's not as affectionate as Oliver, and she's not very bright either.
And then there's Lupe. They're always crying, but they're not always sad. Okay most of the time, they're either sad, scared, angry or just tired, and that causes them to shed tears. Poor Lupe.

Hydrating these children must be a nightmare.
