Description
If you like my photography, please considering purchasing a print Photography is how I make my living and there is no greater honor than having someone hang my art on their walls. Prints come in all shapes and sizes along with all paper finishes including canvas. If you decide to purchase any of my work, I would love to see it! Feel free to send me a snapshot of it hanging and I will feature it on my facebook page.motion video for this image here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=ijL5we…
This is not a drawing, this is a a photo manipulation of the photos below, the creature is originally a husky that i took a picture of for a customer
The image doesnt have a meaning, no reason for the flames, fire, antlers, etc, i just create it because it looks beautiful to me and because i am hired to do so
The reason the hind legs look as one was because the husky was walking in motion whilst i took the image and it was in low light conditions so very low shutter speed, hence the left leg infront of the right, looking as one
The tail does look out of place because of my skill level, hopefully ill get it right on my next piece

This is breathtaking. The colors are a bit much for me in some areas; they look too bright: on the trees. But you can see the work put into this piece and the amount of time it took you. The fur looks realistic and the expression is amazing: stricken, hurt and confused, looking for comfort and relief. The background competes for the attention which it should. So many things going on, my eyes can't settle. Amazing work. The colors of the fire remain the same which I enjoy. And the color of the eyes, that beautiful brightness is just adding to the stricken, hurt look.

First off I would like to say Thank you so much for the Fav.
I have to say. This is original. Creative. Beautiful. And absolutely well done!
The setting is a well mix of colors. I love the nature. The creature itself is completely Spectacular. The eyes are gorgeous. The fur and color of the coat is very life like and very outstanding. The tail reminds me a mix of Naruto and ninetails from pokemon. Which i love. One normal tail is to average lol :3
I love how the tips of the tails look like fire. And I love the profile and view point from where we see this animal. I love everything from the color blends to the texture and life like features this artwork possesses. There's really nothing negative in my opinion to say about it. Art is work of the heart and mind. And this took a lot of heart and creativity to make. And with that i can not discourage such a talented artist. You keep making art that inspires you and sure enough you will inspire others as well. Keep it real. And keep it you. Very well done.

Well lets see, the piece looks good, technique showed for a lot like with textures making other parts stand out well as well. 5/5
Originality hmmm well it was based on another piece so 4/5
Vision well we do see what is going on pretty well actually like the wolf in the woods with fire on various parts of its body.
Impact well the wolf stood out like I guess it should? So it shows definition, the fire on thE wolf stood out a bit more but doesn't overshadow the wolf like I believe fire should, so 5/5 again
Keep up the good work e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b… " width="15" height="15" alt="

This drawing is very beautiful
It has a lot of color to catch the viewers attention.
Everyone who would see it would fav it.
In my opinion it is very beautiful but the legs are confusing is it leg or another tail.

I really love the shine of brightness and colors of the wolf and antlers.
I love it is the only word that came in my mind after seeing it.the contrast and shading is excellent and it looks very realistic. You really have a talent of drawing. Would be great drawing to even put it in a art museum.
I really love it.

Certainly Marvelous! Iv'e got to say When I got to this page I was expecting something good but this is beyond my thought of what I would see! The color contrast was very well done and this nice good on it makes it seem as if the background could possibly be more than a art piece.
The only problem I have with it is the back of the wolf seems a bit blurred, It's a little hard to tell if the thing is or is not one legged unfortunately and the end of his back paw seems nonexistent though that may be the way it was meant to look and i'm just not seeing the picture through your eyes
I would suggest just a teeny tweak with the style of the background and the wolf itself. Again it's astounding but it kind of looks like it doesn't belong in the forest when you take a close look...Maybe like the wolf was added in of something of that sorts
Keep up with the fantastic work! I'm enthusiastic to see more work soon!

Amazing! I love wolves ^^
This piece of artwork is amazing, it looks as if the colours are 3-Dimensional.
If you zoom in, twice, you can really see the details. This must have been hard work considering it took about 8 hours! The deer horns/antlers on his/her head are original. I like it! ^^
It could use a bit more less "3D" colours, though. It may hurt the viewer's eyes.
Though, I do love the originality.
Your technique is amazing.. though it could use a spark of improving.
I do like the tails, but next time, try not to make them so skinny.
The impact is mostly good
Overall, I just love this! C:

I have to say that this piece blew me away when I first saw it.
The usage of color is very well done. There is a clear contrast between the background, and what is being illuminated by the flames on the wolf's tails. I especially like the effects done on the antlers to add a bit of color and distinction to draw attention to them as well.
One question I ask myself while viewing this piece however is where the back paws of the wolf are. I'm not sure if it only has two legs and there is another tail that doesn't spout flames, if it is a third leg that serves to balance the other two or if it is something else.
I have to say once again that the piece is very beautiful and certainly attention grabbing.

How are you? thx 4 fav again!, I think It's too shiny cuz' some parts that are to bright and excessive (If you look closer). Just imagine if you print in a huge format and people look that dots and little details.
There are parts that look false, like the wolf tail's, their paws and some hair on him, in their legs and horns.
You have to care how you do the hair, if in some areas is long or short, or what direction do you have to do it (little hair).
It's colorful and that's fine, it have really cool colors but you have to find a balance, It's too saturated.
Some areas are too damaged because you manipulated very much and it look pixelated.
The effects in the horns are AWESOME I love them xD, how do you put color in the soil it's bright and beautiful, like if the soil were magic and plants too. I loved too how you put the bright under the tails, on zones that it required. I love all the lights you put but be careful of how do yo use them e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s… " width="15" height="15" alt="
" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="391" title="

In resume, take care about how you manipulate the COLOR and how do you do minimal details if people look it closer, thats the real problem.
Just the de-talis xD

Wow. This is amazing. I'd say that's one of the best ways to descibe this picture.
The grapichcs look realisitic, as if this were real in a forest.
Like a mythical creature brought into the real world.
I also like the color scheme. It looks natrual, yet it is burning like fire.
This is also incredibily original. I doubt anyone else would think of this.
Not just the animals and the forest, but the way this was put together.
And I think that anyone who sees this and likes it should show thier friends.
This picture is just that amazing.
And, I just think that this is one of the most amazing and original pieces of art that I have ever seen.

This is very interesting-the nature actually looks real-and amazes me, the wolf's tails are a little bit stiff, and a bit to shiny for my liking. Interesting that the animals are on fire. The wold reminds me of a nine tails from Pokemon and a jackalope as well. Although Pokemon stole the idea of nine tails from Naruto, one of the reason's its not on my favorites list. I suggest you put more animals in the far background, because this does look a little bare. I see mostly nature, and two animals. Just for a suggestion of animals, you could use more wolves because they usual come in packs.

I have to say, I love the textures of the piece. It's very original, very unique. It looks very much like each piece that you used was supposed to be a part of the same pic...a really difficult thing to do with stock imagery!
The only true critique that I have is that the flames and the shadows don't seem to quite fit each other; it feels to me like the flames on the antlers don't quite cast enough yellow light on the wolf's head, and the fire-tail isn't quite stark enough. Also, since the fire tail would be one of the absolute brightest light sources (besides the sunlight, of course) in the room, that the shadows underneath the wolf would probably be a little sharper than they are, and of course, the further the shadows are from the fire, the more blurred the edges of the shadow would be. The shadows on the belly of the wolf might be a little deeper, too.
Also, this could just be personal opinion, but in a way, the wolf seems to stand out a bit too much, like the edges are just a bit too sharp. If its edges were blurred just a little so that it sinks back a bit, it might do a lot to incorporate the wolf into the pic more.
I hope that these suggestions help you out! e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b… " width="15" height="15" alt="

Got to be honest, I really love this piece. You made a good color selection, making the picture full of bright colors allows for me to see your work much better! And man do I enjoy looking at it! The textures all look realistic, animal anatomy looks good! Also, I quite like the idea (even if you do not outright say what it is). You give room for a person to interpret this in a way that they see fit. I quite like that. Also, less formal critique, the wold really looks like a bad-ass, so you, that's pretty awesome. Overall a truly splendid piece!

overall this piece is very stunning and breath taking, as if I could step right into the picture itself. I particularly love the antlers and how they seem to belong on the wolf and the spots of light in the back ground that gives it that mythical-ness through out the whole picture instead of just in the wolf and birds. I like the idea that you had for the tail itself though I do believe it could be worked towards looking more attached to the wolf. the colors you chose for the trees are beautiful. There could be a little more emphasis on the focal point(s) but this is fantastic work that you should feel very proud of and I hope to see more like this e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s… " width="15" height="15" alt="

This is a very original piece of work. Not only does it have an extremely well mixed design, but it also all appears as though it were completely natural. The posing of the wolf and the anatomy on it (e.g. tails, antlers) look as if it had all of those extra pieces it's whole life! The only thing to take issue with is the lack of 'glow' for the tails of fire/energy. If they were alight then they would most likely throw off a little bit more glow. Aside from that, this is a very good piece of work. Congratulations.

The piece is stunning graphically, bright colors nicely edited light sources fantastic detail on the wolf/stag.
I love the level of detail visible, the way the eye is drawn to bright areas in the image which are carefully arranged.
On a nit picking level however there are flaws, on standard zoom: Visible slight outlines on areas of the birds and wolf, this I would guess is from the edges of the layers you used to overlay?
And further to that the level of noise both color and grain is not consistent between elements of the image which would impede it at large print sizes.
lastly there are occasional transparency issues around the edge of the animals
I am however a pedant and the image is a brilliant concept. There are just a few rough edges left in my eyes.
Great work, fantastic concept almost perfectly carried out.

I do think this is really well done technically.
But there are one or two points that I'd like to say as I think it would be a better piece.
And by that, all I'm saying it's my opinion, and that's just what it is.
They would be all great shots if you have them individually, but all together as it is now it's 'too much'.
Too much as in, all claim for you attention, since it's all so 'crispy'.
I didn't even notice the left bird in the first 3 times I saw it.
Secondly, it's the wolf!
I know it's not your fault – it's actually the wolf's fault but I'll say it still.
Its back legs should help for it to have a clear silhouette. One that you'd recognize undoubtedly what was just at a glance. Bad wolf, bad!
Still, you have all the know-how by now. It's just little things.
That's my opinion, just.

All I can say is wow. This is truly a great peice, and I must say, very out there as well. Seems to have a lot of thought put into it (including the eight hours haha) to have so many colours and attributes to it. I especially love the backround and wolf's eyes. But other than that it's still great. The only thing I would change would be the tail...but that's just me. Is there some kind of symbolism to this peice? Because it makes me think of the Indian stories of bears, wolves, and other animals. First off, I love the textures. It has quality of intricate proportions. Not only that, but the illusion of perspective is astonishing. Everything is vibrantly saturated and this is a good quality for this piece, as it is to be left to interpretation. I also notice contrast in the colors/hues with the background to create emphasis, and that was a nice touch.. Overall, this artwork is breathtaking. Also, you should be very proud of yourself. The principle of movement/flow is a very tricky thing to pull off The hyper-realism is definitely an art style you're very close to perfecting. Keep up the good work!

This piece is absolutely amazing. You can tell that the design came from the depths of your imagination and the originality shows immensely in your great detail and vivid color. I love it! It's not everyday that I come across a piece of art that manages to catch my eye - especially since I'm a fan girl normally in search of her typical reader inserts - but you've managed to catch it just fine. The imagery is beautiful and, for me, creates a sense of nostalgia that brings me back to my childhood when I believed anything was possible and the world was far more beautiful in my innocent eyes. I really love this piece! There are many focal points, and it's not all centered in one place. The background is amazing and the wolf-dear is stunning! I also love how the hind legs disappear along with the bottom tails. The color palate is relaxing and it brings you into your imagination.
The only thing I wish that would be fixed is the antlers. They are very beautiful, but I wish they didn't look like they were copied on to the head. Try fixing the angle an bit and mix it in to the fur so it looks like it is coming out of the skull.
Overall I think this is gorgeous and it is very pleasing to the eye.
