I am so humbled right now HOW DID YOU DO THE BLURRING IS WHAT I WANNA KNOW!! WHAT TOOL WAS THATTTT! The snow was just 0% hardness on a regular brush with low opacity.

Oh it's simple! In photoshop go to: Filter -> Blur -> Iris Blur and then adjust it until you're satisfied!
You should try it! It's an easy trick and makes the piece slightly more interesting to the eye because it helps focus on what you want the viewer to see!
