A Jareth and Loki face-off. Which trickster shall win?

Understandable. They're both pretty powerful otherworldly beings with magic. The problem is that both have large egos and would like nothing more than to be bowed down to for their greatness.

If there is one thing worse than otherworldly beings with magical powers, it is those otherworldly beings with magical powers who are either royalty or have knowledge of the law (i.e. lawyers, who can exploit loopholes just to make personal gain!) A great example of the latter case? Rumpelstiltskin from Once Upon a Time, who is considered by many to be Jareth's fandom uncle or else to have Jareth as part of the numerous people who went into his inspiration.

True that! Royalty are just too full of it, but lawyers.... regular lawyers are bad enough! I shudder to think of hehm with magic. From what I've seen of Rumpelstiltskin (which is only the first season of OUAT), I can definitely imagine him as Jareth's uncle. I might even make it head canon in my head once I've seen more of OUAT. I've seen fanfics where the two meet up for various reasons, and I really liked them. They are eerily similar in certain aspects, so I would wonder if Jareth was inspiration as well.

So I have a Labyrinth fav. folder and a Loki fav folders and I was sitting here debating which folder to put this in and my 12 yr old daughter said you should put it in a folder called "pure awesome!"
