What's wonderful about Hyadain is that he gave a catchy personnality to the characters and a soul to their music (I've particulary notice it with Bubbleman and Quickman theme)
And not only with Megaman Megamix. I still remember the "4 elemental lords" song.

Ah, yes! Although I don't necessarily base the personalities of the characters based on the songs (I prefer to base them from the Mega Man And Bass data), I have seen other artwork and fanfictions based on this. Simply beautiful. Any sad fic of Bubble Man moves me the most, and the same can be said for his Hyadain remix.

Mega Man And Bass data are a great start and many details can be noticed on the games (and the comics/mangas) about them. So, indeed, Hyadain is faaaaaaaaaaaaarrrr from being the only inspiration.
Yeah, poor Bubble... even the Megas didn't ignore that part of him. I'm making a fic about Bubble and a fic about Quick... and Bubbleman's fic is quite sad.
