Nice work. Clean and simple.
My sugestions:
You could change the the icons at the footer [loc. phone and e-mail] icons to light grey. Also in the center you could make those 2 boxes the same hight i mean the grey one and the on unedr categoris to end at the same hight.

The footer thing: makes sense. I'll try it out.
About that center thing: i intentionally didn't make it the same height, because as a web designer i don't know how much content there'll be in those modules. So i like to design with these possibilities in mind.
