Here are some of the designs I did for the Bandai.com online game, BEN 10- DNA Lab. I started designing these Hybrids last year and they have been unveiled in the game as each successive toy set game out. I did somewhere in the neighbor hood of 80 hybrids.As they have been out for a respectable time now and posted and reposted on fansites hither and yon, I figure that I can now display them in my portfolio without fear of leaking sensitive info. Many of you have seen these over at ~Akamu1228's gallery and similar fan postings.

Because Bandai didn't wish to pay me to do them. They had no toy tie in, so no Hybrids... which is a pity. I would have loved to draw them. I actually did some Greymatter Hybrids on accident...

Stinkfly and Benvicktor look like some sort of deadly Bounty HUnter. 
About these Hybrids in general, Mr. Perkins, say an alien at random woiuld make offsprings with another one of Ben's aliens (like a stinkfly and a Benviktor), would there child look something like the hybrids above?

I just have to say this; Stinkfly has some awesome looking wings, and Wildvines root-leg cables are a nice touch. (I thought Ghostfreak lost his photoresistant film though.)

I was hired by Bandai, the japanese toy company that does Ben 10 toys to design these. I was the Character Design Supervisor on the show, so they wanted me to do these for their online game.

I'm wondering something, how does the Transylian/Lepidopterran hybrid fly? Do his wing function like a jetpack?

You did 80 of these? That's incredible... where do you get the inspiration for such variety?

I really enjoyed my stint working on the show. It was a lot of fun. I liked to play with the potential possibilities we never were able to do in the show.
