"Don't worry sweetie, yah can do this." Big Macintosh said while holding his wife's hoof in the emergency room.
"I sure hope so Mac." Fluttershy responded in between breathes.
"Ok Miss Fluttershy," Nurse Redheart said. "I need you to relax."

Meanwhile out in the waiting room the rest of the Elements of Harmony and their husbands were, well, waiting. "Wow," Caramel said out loud. "I can't believe I'm going to be an uncle."
"An' soon a father." AppleJack said kissing the tan stallion and rubbing her pregnant belly.
"I wonder how Flutters' doing?" Pinkie asked in between Pinkie Sense spasms, the pink pony's been shaking ever since Fluttershy's been in labor. And as if on que a piercing yell ran through the halls of the hospital.
"YOU!! YOU DID THIS!! YOU BIG...OAF!! LET ME GO!! I'M GOING TO SNAP THAT REDNECK'S RED NECK!! I SAID LET GO!!" As more malice filled comments were screamed from the gentle mare the colts outside's eyes widened in worry.
"Sounds just like that time at the Gala." Twilight murmured as AJ was laughing her flank off at her brother's expense.
After about two minutes Fluttershy calmed daown, and after five more minutes Nurse Tenderheart called the ten ponies into the room where they met a flushed Big Mac, an exhausted Fluttershy, both their manes in an absolute mess, and two fraternal twins. One was a red earth pony colt with a pink mane and a yellow pegasus filly with an orange mane.
"Everypony," the shy mare said in her usual soft demeanor. "meet the newest addition to our family. The colt's name is Apple Crisp..."
"An' the filly, HoneyDew." Big Mac finished. "Our little apples o' joy."
