Grading or fading to darkness from the center outward. Does your photo program allow for this?

I don't know PS. I use Microsoft's Picture It for this stuff. If I knew how to do it on PS I've be happy to tell you. I'm know many here do use PS though! Good luck to you. All my effects are a matter of overlaying and fading images.

Well, dA must have screwed up because when I changed the image for Print purposes I didn't click to have it redistributed. Now my Watchers will be bothered seeing my old stuff again.
