Many male Anti-humans have spiky cheeks but most females don't have spiky cheeks. Although some female anti-humans have spiky cheeks but smaller than males. When positive mood, Spiky cheeks lean upwards. When Negative mood or sad, spiky cheeks lean downwards. They twitch their spiky cheeks if the treasure, items, etc. was detected or found nearby. Dark anti-humans can emit a squeaky noised when twiching or lean upwards or downwards.
