Based on someone else's design in the /vp/ makes a dex project. Counterpart to the Inca Fighter .

The Aztecs were really cool, and we needed more humanoids and more fighting types in a Latin-American setting, which is how this came about I think.

The arms are based off of the Macuahuitl, an Aztec weapon that was made of a notched wooden plank with obsidian blades glued into the notches. There was a rumor that someone had seen an Aztec warrior decapitate a horse with one blow with a macuahuitl, but that is pretty unlikely.

This was to be an all-male, fighting-type species that would focus on slashing attacks. Its counterpart is the Inca Fighter which I will post in a minute. They're supposed to both evolve from a common root but the one I designed was so bad it's embarrassing, someone made a better one and for that I am grateful.
