well, yes, i know that its still day one, but i'm not going to have any time to upload this tomorrow, so here you go!...that and day one never made it. >.>
that and this prompt was just perfect for these two! since mai is rarely the cuddly kind...especially the glomping kind. lol. i love em. ^-^

I really like the concept of this piece. Your interpretation of Zuko and Mai (that's Mai, right??) as adults is very good, and you made sure to include Zuko's other scar (since this is AFTER he got hit with the lightning). The lines could be cleaned up a bit more, though, and I get very confused by the zig-zag things on their noses. What exactly are they supposed to be? The muscles look great, especially seeing as muscles seem to be hard for a lot of people, and I like the background, because it's aesthetically pleasing, while still not drawing too much attention away from the actual subjects in the piece. It also helps to fortify the mood, and strengthen even more the idea given in this picture that these two people love each other. It's a very good piece overall, I just think it needs a little polishing.
