Picture of my completed Stein cosplay from a con I went to this last weekend. I've never seen anyone do this version of him... Yay for being the first!
I love the way my bolt looks in this shot. And just my... look.... haha lol 
Thank you for helping me with the bolt (or, at least, posting that video that showed how). I did make some minor alterations, like sealing it with polyurethane about 20 times and then painting it, which made it pretty awesome... Anyway, thanks.
Cig is fake, made from paper and duct tape. Stitching is black embroidery floss and the stitches up the front is ducttape.

Eh, it wasn't too much. Someone joined the forum and tried to force on OC onto a canon character (Soifon in particular). Then when that failed, he attempted to get his OC pregnant by many others, including Kenpachi and Toushirou. The person had claimed Toushirou and made Toushirou agree to get the OC pregnant.
Also, the person also claimed Neliel, who he basically transformed into Nelial Tu Oderskank. He RPed her horribly OOC - she kept ragging on Rukia, telling her that Ichigo wanted to get her breast implants because of her "sad-looking body". "Nelial" insisted a woman's worth was according to her breast size. While Neliel doesn't immediately like Rukia in canon, this person took it waaay too far. The monster they created took every chance to bash Rukia and was a complete slutty whorebag.
He's now in a trial period where the others and I basically RP with all his characters. If they're still ridiculously OOC, the characters are taken away. If not, they get to keep them until they're ridiculously OOC again.
Oh, and they made GrimmNel canon without anyone's consent, had Neliel in baby fever, made Grimmjow waaay too caring...and also had Yamamoto approve that it was okay for Arrancar to live in the human world.

THANK YOU XD Oh god..... *sigh* Okay, the bolt is held up by an arrow-through-the-head rig that doesn't support the rig well (I have to remake it/get something better) but it works.... it just rests on my ear and after a wile HURTS LIKE HELL, and I can't put it on without two other people holding back hair/ductaping it to the wire.... must consider this when redesigning it... But yeah....
I should probably make a tutorial or something, if I can figure out how to without photoshoot, which i don't have....
and what's even better? THE BOLT MAKES NOISE! Throughout the con, I got this:
