beautifully colored great artwork 
I would probably add a veil to make her a bit more mysterious and make her eyes a lighter color so it looks like she's alive. but overall its brilliant.

i love it. she is so pretty. the headband is the only thing that bothers me. Maybe u could use some sort of jewled headpiece? it kind of looks like a rubberband.lol. No offense. I love this character though!

I think you should even out the texture of her clothes, ya know, not so sketchy looking. Her shadow should be one shape, not several transparent brushstrokes. The dark box around the edge of the image is too big, translation: make the light-orang box behind her, right not it looks claustrophobic. The line on her arm and jaw are a bit sketchy looking, just smooth those out a bit, and make her jaw line thinner, more feminine. I agree with the comment about the head/hair size, buy I think you could fix it easy by making the head-band smaller, tighter around her skull. Her face is awesome! The texture in the background is just a tad prominent,it draws my attention away from the character, so just go into that layer and lower the layer's opacity. That would also fix the background's saturation issue. The colors that you chose are fantastic, her proportions are great and so is her costuming! Fantastic job, Brooke, you are really getting good with photoshop, keep going! I'm sorry for the long comment, love ya!
