This rendering of Sasuke Uchiha brings forward what we most love and hate about this character: the intensity, the hatred you can see in his eyes, the whole demeanor of hostility and menace.
The character is well done but there is some confusion about where the light comes from, the distribution of shadows are a bit muddled.
Is he holding one of those blue energy balls he is so fond of throwing at Naruto? Or is he holding his soul sword? that would account for the white glow.

i did a little experiment with light effects and so on... that's why i totally forgot about a realistic light source xD
