Hmm, nice looking sword. Are those holes in the blade or just areas of a different color? Either way, it looks like it'd do a nice job of slicing people open. 
Interesting that you made it look like a flame... I take it that has some sort of significance? Or maybe it just looks cool...

Hmmm it dose kinda, dosnt' it? I was going for a more practical vertion of the origanal, but your right about the flame pattern. There are gaps cut into the blade, Darrus, as human as he was, couldn't have lifted such a weapon if some of the weight were not sheared off. Lux wise the blade is encharted with a rather unusual spell, one that creates a feild of pure lux energy upon its surface, effectivly turning its lux pool insideout. I say its unusual, because lux in itsself can't actualy do any damage, as show by a Kit's sparks, which merely sing like mace. It also has a blood bond rune in the crystal at the end. Anyone without the blood of the NorthTowers running though his vains would be shocked by the discharge the chrystal could give out.
