Little Outpost
No really new concept, but I like the way it comes out. Especially I'm proud about the ring.

edit: added a little house and some asteroids, fixed some little things

Well I know it is build of asteroids... but wont you tell me how did you reached that feel? Maybe a photoshop bursh. I would need that for [link] the next new picture I should do some improvement with the gas giant layout. And the ring would be a perfect start.

hmm I think the secret is called "noise" .... add some noise to your ring and it'll look like 100000 little stones

I like it because from far this piece is not very powerful but when you look closely, the details show up and you will just be in awe. The floating rocks, the foreground hill on the right...everything is so beautiful. The glow adds the essence and you only feel the silence in space, as if you are really in there...
