amazing work...just a quick question...how do you end up with so many layers? i usually end up with 6-10 layers...but these planet pictures from you or a couple other artists seem to have like 80 lol
do you have like every little detail on a separate layer?

every little detail? no... but to get some nice effects you need some layers. you could merge them at the end but I prefer the unmerged way
