I normally hate brushstrokes for some reason, I have no real reason to be honest, but it usually annoys me...but this...this is just fantastic. I love the way the back arms seem to bleed into the background, but are more shadowed than fading. The smearing is amazing, but most of all, for me, it's like this normal girl was walking down the street and after this large gust of wind that blew up her skirt, she transformed into a goddess...or was possessed by one....and all the world gets to see the transformation as her skirt falls back around her. Or if you just look from just below the fabric by her navel up, it looks like she's blooming from a flower.
