With this deviation i'm wondering why u added noise and didn't paint on his eyes, just out of pure interest i'm not trying to criticise.

Ah I guess the noise was because I thought it would just a little something to the overall feel of the picture and the eyes not being painted in was partly for a sort of wilder look to him and partly because it'd be more annoying to take the time and paint the eyes in since my control over the tablet pen wasnt that great

I like this picture. I rarely see Cloud portrayed like this, in battle, usually he's just a pretty boy with a big sword, but you actually gave him a battle face and a very aggresive definition to his movement, expression and just all around, I like this picture.
