tried using Painter again and i still dont know how to use it! speedpaint cuz spending more time on it just makes it worse haha!Related content

Great picture, and great program choice! Painter is good discipline for an artist of any level, 5-undo's is still cutting slack, but generally a lot tighter than Photoshop! Plus the brushes and blending are to die for!

I've heard you have to treat painter like the actual media it's supposed to represent, but figuring out all the ins and outs of the tools gets confusing very fast. I kinda gave up myself, if I want something to look like real media then I'll just use real media. Good luck in your endeavors, you already have the talent, just have to adapt.

If you feel like you keep making it worse by working on it longer, you should go through with it anyway! Every good painting has an awkward phase (or two or three!), then before you know it, it starts to look better. Don't give up, I think this is a neat image and a little patience and experimentation will finish it
