i like the high contrast and the starkness of the picture. you really carve out the space, but in a way that manages to still look somewhat delicate. it's cool. the only problem is that those two orange dots don't look enough like eyes to register as eyes, but they don't look unlike eyes enough to register as something else, so they're just stranded on the face, looking very out of place. the color breaks up the picture nicely, but i think that those two dots are what's keeping it from being an awesome picture. you'd either need to get rid of them or develop them more.

A character from my story has red eyes. The eyes seem to be floating off the face and might seem more like they were glowing if you had a few hairs over lapping them. I love the movement of the way the hand is curling up and the tilting of neck the neck. And the simple lines in the background give it a great sense of space and depth. I sound like my art teacher... o.o;;

All i have to say is. that the BEST peices and the ones that evoke the most response, are the ones that we dont have much to say about.
This is beyond tight, you should make this a print so i can get a massive poster of this for a room that has no posters.

i like it, it's simple what whith the colour scheam of four and block shading but it really conveys a sense of power through the arched hand up in the foreground, the slight sneer and, of course,those burning eyes.
