This is very good! I know that Tezuka took inspiration from Disney's movie, and maybe he had got even a copy of the original Italian story.
Above all, his moves are very accurate.
Disney's Pinocchio was a bit different from the original by Collodi: lots of adventures are missing, but they story is really dark even in the Italian original version, of course.
I've got some pictures from a book: the original Pinocchio had not those German-like clothes. But I could see his "hair" and was exactly like Atom's.
Yep, Atom and Pinocchio have lots in common.

Astro is always cute and graceful, so I invent some new looks for him too. Well, he does not really need them, but he wants to be familiar with humans, and mix with them, so, when he's not in the middle of a desperate fight, he is dressed like his human friends.
I also like to give some new attires to other characters too; I think wool sweaters, all colored and a bit fluffy fit on doctor Ochanomizu (aka doctor O'Shay or O'Shea), while for Atom's father, doctor Tenma, I like dark colors, sought clothes and I think violet fits on him.
The best for this is Uran (aka Zoran), who loves to dress and to be pretty. So, I can invent different attires for her
