First of all, I really like the grainy technique you used to color this. It's beautiful!
The first thing I noticed is that is seems some of the blue from the sky got in the grass. You want to keep all the grass green, unless the sky is falling!
Secondly, with such detail in the shading on the umbreon itself means it would look best if you added a shadow beneath him, too. So it's shaded throughout the entire picture instead of just the subject.
Finally, there is one problem with the eye. You used a straight line for one of the highlights. This would be okay if it were thin and short, but being so thick and long, it's unnatural. Try to add more than one shape for highlights in the eyes.
Also, the pose seems a little unoriginal. Challenge yourself to draw at different angles. (Don't worry, I have trouble with that, too.)
Other than that, this picture is just fabulous! Great work.

Cute, and well drawn. You have captured the simplicity, delacacy, and majesticness of the Umbreon and the "Outdoors." The grass, sky, and clouds are drawn perfectly. And the Umbreon looks as curious as any forest creature would if they sensed a disturbence. And last but not least the shading is marvelous! I give you
